The show is almost full !!!

We are getting soooo excited, our show is almost full! We have sold out of 10x10 spaces, We have have 6x6 spaces left. If you would like a larger space we can offer you a 6x12 space. we have we have been working so hard to get the word out about our show, passing out flyer's and literally telling everyone we see:) Customers are very excited about the central check out! these are the post cards that will be sent out to several hundred customers.

I have recruited family members to help out with the show. My brother has been pounding the pavement getting business' to donate promotional items for our customer goodie bags. The Town Square Sketchers store donated 26 watches to add to the bags, Bath and Body works donated 25% off coupons, to name a few. If you would like to add a promotional item to the bag just let us know, it can be a business card, a coupon to your website etc. It is a great way to get your name out there to potential repeat customers.

Show fees and advertising

Show & Tell Crafters Market Strives to bring you a show with staying power. Show & Tell Crafters Market will feature crafters and artisans, not imported and commercial items. With over 35 years experience doing craft Shows we know that one of the biggest Concerns is ADVERTISING, but advertising is very expensive, Most shows that we all attend may hand out flyers, or do FREE advertising (craigslist), and these avenues are wonderful, and we use them also,BUT there has to be some paid advertising going into the show. Show & Tell Crafters Market has a current mailing list of over 600 people, We have taken an ad in the Country Register news paper ( Marketing to people who attend craft fairs), We are pricing ads in the View news papers, and the Review Journal. We wil also be sending a Press Release to all major Las Vegas media. Hundreds of dollars will be put into advertising to make this show a success.

10x10 space you pay 125.00 for a 3 day show that is 41.66 per day
6x6 Space you pay 96.00 for a 3 day show that is 32.00 per day

That is less than we pay for the average 1 day show.

Christmas In July

So... you say you don't know what to sell at a craft show in july? Along with the "everyday" items you already make, We want to invite you to bring some of your Christmas items (ornaments,snowmen, santas etc.) to add to our christmas in July section of the store. We will place all of these items in one festive area (and you won't have to fit it in your booth:o)

Our motto is "it's ALWAYS Christmas"

Show Incentives for Vendors and Customers!

During our Crafters Market we will have some great prizes for some lucky Customers that attend our show. Our 1st, 100th, and 200th customer will receive a $25.00 Gift certificate to use with vendors participating in our show!!!!!!......... Now just keep reading.......... We are not asking you to donate any items. Shoppers who have the gift certificate will present it at the the register and we will mark the items the certificate was used on, Show & Tell Crafters Market will pay vendors for these items. Our hope is that customers will buy that higher ticket item and receive $25.00 off or spread it between several vendors.

We also want to add a little more for vendors. We will be Pulling names and two lucky vendors will receive 50% of their booth rent for our November show!

We were out at the show site today taking measurements and took some photos. OK, OK we know our photography skills could use some work :o) We pasted three photos together so you could get a better idea of the layout. This Photo was taken from the front corner of the store. The front of the store is a wall of large windows and a sliding door. This photo definately does not do any justice to the room size.

Credit card payments accepted

We have gotten lots of e-mails today regarding payment for participation in the Crafters Market. We are able to accept payment through PayPal or over the phone through propay. There will be a $5.00 fee charged for credit card payments.

Applications available for July Crafters Market !

Rochelle Williamson and Crystal Martin have over 35 years combined crafting experience at shows, boutiques,stores and fairs…large and small. We have been friends and show participants for many years.Together, We look forward to bringing you the best local craft show they can offer featuring creative, talented, dedicated crafters and artisans in a variety of mediums. Our goal is to offer 3 to 4 seasonal craft markets per year.We hope you will consider participation in this event.
