Our usual show space is now going to be under construction during our September show dates and Maybe for November, So we have frantically been searching for a new space for the show.

We were not able to find a good location for the September show, but we were able to find a FABULOUS (very high traffic) location with more space for the November show.
We should have the contract secured by the end of this week and we will release the new show location. For those of you who have already paid for the September show, we can apply your payment for the November show,or we we give you a refund if you do not plan to participate in the November show.
We are sorry for the inconvenience, it definitely caught us off guard.

Vendors, be on the look out for an envelope of flyers to hit your mailbox in a day or two. We've send a bundle to each of you. If you need more, please let us know and we'll make sure you get them. Give them to you neighbors, co-workers, etc. Leave them (with approval) with the hair salon, schools in your neighborhood for the teachers, dentist office, and other places you frequent. The more we get the word out, the more customers we all have!

We have been working hard gearing up for the show, we have meetings next week to get print advertising scheduled. We had postcards printed and they were distributed at Art in the Park this past weekend. All of our vendors will receive flyer's in the mail in the next week, Please let us know if you need more.

Attention Attention all anticipation has come to an end. We have reviewed applications and spaces have been assigned. You should receive you information packet in the mail any day now. Please read over it carefully. We have tried to address all of your concerns. If a question still arises feel free to shoot us an e mail, this is the fastest way to get an answer.

We do have a few spaces left, we are especially looking for Dog/ pet products and Boutique Children's clothing. We are currently full in the jewelery and quilt/blanket categories if this changes we will post here. If you know of anyone who's still interested in participating please let both them and us know.

We are so excited this will be the show of the year. We passed out over 1,000 flyers at Harvest Festival in publicity efforts.

We look forward to yet another successful craft season!

Let the craft show season officially begin! The Harvest Festival is coming to Cashman Field this weekend and we will be there! That's right! Both of us, Crystal and Rochelle, have booths at this event. Since we are both full time crafters we need to get out there and compete with the 'big boys' so this year we jumped in to one of the biggest shows that comes to Las Vegas. Maybe someday, the Show & Tell Crafters Market will get so big it will need to be held there (wishes do come true sometimes). Anyway, come by our boothes, say 'Hi' and spend some money! Show hours are Friday and Saturday 10-6 and Sunday 10-5.

After we recover from the weekend we will be reviewing applications and assigning spaces for our own show. We will notify everyone at the end of next week (promise).

Oh, and be sure to pick up the Country Register at one of our booths. We got a great right up in the editors column about our July show. Thanks so much Glena!

Everyone is getting excited about the show including us. We have sent out several hundred postcards, the press releases have been sent, and our ad in the home news paper will run this week (Thursday) and next week. Please make sure to let customers know that our 1st,100th,and 200th customer will receive a gift certificate to use with vendors in the show.

We are getting soooo excited, our show is almost full! We have sold out of 10x10 spaces, We have have 6x6 spaces left. If you would like a larger space we can offer you a 6x12 space. we have we have been working so hard to get the word out about our show, passing out flyer's and literally telling everyone we see:) Customers are very excited about the central check out! these are the post cards that will be sent out to several hundred customers.

I have recruited family members to help out with the show. My brother has been pounding the pavement getting business' to donate promotional items for our customer goodie bags. The Town Square Sketchers store donated 26 watches to add to the bags, Bath and Body works donated 25% off coupons, to name a few. If you would like to add a promotional item to the bag just let us know, it can be a business card, a coupon to your website etc. It is a great way to get your name out there to potential repeat customers.

Show & Tell Crafters Market Strives to bring you a show with staying power. Show & Tell Crafters Market will feature crafters and artisans, not imported and commercial items. With over 35 years experience doing craft Shows we know that one of the biggest Concerns is ADVERTISING, but advertising is very expensive, Most shows that we all attend may hand out flyers, or do FREE advertising (craigslist), and these avenues are wonderful, and we use them also,BUT there has to be some paid advertising going into the show. Show & Tell Crafters Market has a current mailing list of over 600 people, We have taken an ad in the Country Register news paper ( Marketing to people who attend craft fairs), We are pricing ads in the View news papers, and the Review Journal. We wil also be sending a Press Release to all major Las Vegas media. Hundreds of dollars will be put into advertising to make this show a success.

10x10 space you pay 125.00 for a 3 day show that is 41.66 per day
6x6 Space you pay 96.00 for a 3 day show that is 32.00 per day

That is less than we pay for the average 1 day show.

Along with the "everyday" items you already make, We want to invite you to bring some of your Christmas items (ornaments,snowmen, santas etc.) to add to our christmas in July section of the store. We will place all of these items in one festive area (and you won't have to fit it in your booth:o)

During our Crafters Market we will have some great prizes for some lucky Customers that attend our show. Our 1st, 100th, and 200th customer will receive a $25.00 Gift certificate to use with vendors participating in our show!!!!!!......... Now just keep reading.......... We are not asking you to donate any items. Shoppers who have the gift certificate will present it at the the register and we will mark the items the certificate was used on, Show & Tell Crafters Market will pay vendors for these items. Our hope is that customers will buy that higher ticket item and receive $25.00 off or spread it between several vendors.

We also want to add a little more for vendors. We will be Pulling names and two lucky vendors will receive 50% of their booth rent for our November show!

Show and Tell Crafters Market

Show & Tell Crafters Market is now accepting Talented Las Vegas area Crafters for a unique craft boutique experience. Our first show will be held July 25th-27th 2008, with another show mid-November 2008. The Show & Tell Crafters Market will feature a central check out system.

What is Central Checkout?
All vendors will “set up” their own booth space, but items will be purchased in one place. Vendors do not collect their own money. Our customers shop the entire show and pay when they are finished at the check out/exit area. Central checkout makes paying easy for our customers who will only have one trip to the register to pay. This is a benefit for vendors because we will be accepting Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and debit cards as well as checks and cash. A 10% fee will be assessed on all sales to cover credit and debit card fees and packaging.

Work Shifts
All vendors are required to work two five hours shifts throughout the 2½ day show. Vendors will monitor the area near their booth helping customers (taking full baskets to the holding area, and answering any questions they may have) This really eliminates that “stale Craft Show” feeling because vendors don’t feel they have to stand in one designated spot, They are able to talk, laugh and network with other vendors. Jewelers are required to have their booth manned at all times for security reasons.
